We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. J Thomas Salon + Med Spa requests a 48-hour notice of cancellation. This policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of the unexpected availability of an appointment opening, this helps us to successfully accommodate everyone.

New guests will be required to provide a valid credit card to reserve an appointment.

If a 48-hour notice is not given, A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service will be charged to the credit card on file.

All no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.
